We provide Yoga classes for all levels to help you establish the foundation of a well rounded Yoga practice.

We offer: Physiotherapy, Myotherapy, Pilates & Personal Training during pregnancy for neck, back and pelvic pain.

What is a personal trainer? It is someone with the knowledge to help another train themselves physically, and the energy, inspiration, and skill to communicate that to the other person - and help them improve.
